If you are under 13 years of age, please do not attempt to register or provide any personal information about yourself. IfMMCA™ learns or believes that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age, MMCA™ will delete that information as quickly as possible. How we use the information we collect

  • We use the information we collect to operate this site and populate our directory, send news and information to you about MMCATM, to solicit your participation in MMCA™ programs, events and activities, and to obtain and confirm RSVP’s to events and programs. We use your e-mail address to send such information by e-mail and may use your telephone number to call you for these purposes. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future browsing for you, improving our site, and communicating with you.

 

  • The MMCA™ website uses a cookie for measuring aggregate web statistics, including number of monthly visitors, number of repeat visitors, most popular webpages and other information. MMCA™ will also use cookies to facilitate your online visit by maintaining data that you provide for online activism activities so that you will not need to resubmit certain information. We may also use third-party services such as Google Analytics. This helps us understand traffic patterns and know if there are problems with our website. We may also use embedded images in emails to track open rates for our mailings, so that we can tell which mailings appeal most to our supporters.

Permission to access your information is granted only to you and MMCA™ employees or contractors who need to know that information to provide services to you. Although we make good faith efforts to store information collected by this website in a secure operating environment, we cannot guarantee complete security.

 

  • MMCA™ will never provide your e-mail address or any of your personal information to any other person or organization, for any purpose. If you decide to purchase tickets to an event or to make a contribution online, we may also ask for your credit card number and its expiration date. That information is used solely for processing your contribution; is not maintained by our organization; and is never disclosed to anyone, for any other purpose other than for processing your contribution, under any circumstances.

 

Information sharing policy

MMCA™  is not in the business of selling information about our users. MMCA™ does, however, share user information in limited circumstances as described below.

  • Strategic Partners: MMCA™ work closely with our Strategic Partners. In some cases, we will include offerings from these partners on the MMCA™ In other cases, we may include joint offerings from MMCATM and these Strategic Partners on the MMCA™ website. You can tell when a Strategic Partner is involved in the offering, and we share user information related to those offerings with that Strategic Partner.

 

  • Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include sending e-mail, removing repetitive information from user lists, analyzing data, and providing marketing assistance.
